FormPort Server is computer software that allows you to design and create encounter forms that are printed, along with the patient demographic data, when the patient presents. The completed form prints on plain white paper, thus
eliminating the need for a second printer (usually a dot matrix device). The drag and drop
designer allows you to change and modify the forms as often as you need.
